Ah, cognitive dissonance.
The same Democrats contantly touting the candidacy of lieutenant governor hopeful Lucy Flores today are clogging Twitter with reasons to vote for The Education Initiative, which their favored candidate opposes. Meanwhile, Flores sent out a missive today declaring, "My number one priority as Lt. Governor will be improving our schools."
This, even though the LG's job has NOTHING to do with education.
TEI supporters, many of whom gush about Flores, are tweeting to the...
I missed the missive when it was sent toward the end of June, but Rep. Paul Ryan, a favorite bete noire brandished by Democrats to pound GOP congressional reps, wrote a letter to help Rep. Joe Heck raise money.
I obtained the letter this week and have posted it here. The language is typical over-the-top partisan stuff (Reid-Pelosi-Obama, liberal rubber stamp, evil cometh). But what's interesting is that Heck, who has voted for Ryan's budget plans, would tether himself even closer to a divisive...

My sources tell me that despite fears Musk may be using poor lil Nevada as a pawn to extract more...
With his siblings handing over ownership of the Las Vegas Sun to Brian Greenspun, the sole proprietor announced that he was dropping his lawsuit against the Las Vegas Review-Journal, which sought to end the quarter-century-old Joint Operating Agreement between the two papers.
But the RJ isn't letting Greenspun off so easily -- or cheaply.
In a motion filed in court, the RJ's parent, Stephens Media, chafes at Greenspun seeking "to walk away from the proceedings he improvidently started by...
Nancy Pelosi is in Vegas today.
