The Clark County Republican Party has filed a complaint with the secretary of state alleging GOPĀ operative Tony Dane is illegally funneling money into recall efforts against Republican lawmakers that have been filed by Citizen Outhouse front man Chuck Muth.

Laxalt goes rogue on immigration lawsuit
I smell trouble brewing. Looks as if newly minted Attorney General Adam Laxalt went rogue Monday in joining a lawsuit against the president's executive order on immigration. Despite the issue's huge profile, the new AG did not talk to Gov. Brian Sandoval, without whom he probably would not be in office.

Republican Gov. Brian Sandoval last week took credit for Nevada's economic recovery, suggesting his hands-off attitude and focus on economic diversification has boosted it faster than he anticipated, thus helping to justify his tax plan.
